Lemonade Slushies

Ingredients:

  • 3 full trays of ice from your freezer
  • 1 cup of cranberry juice
  • 1 cup of Blue Curacao
  • 1 cup vodka (plain or flavored – whatever you have on hand)
  • 1 cup of your favorite lemonade (I used a crystal light mix)

The Americano Cocktail recipe blends Campari with sweet vermouth and soda water.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces Campari
  • 1 1/2 ounces sweet vermouth
  • 3 ounces soda water

4.  Patriotic Panna Cotta Shooters

Ingredients:

  • 6 oz. grenadine syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered gelatin
  • 1 tbsp. cold water
  • 1 cup lite coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • 3 tbsp.  sugar
  • 1 tsp. coconut extract
  • 3 oz. blue curaçao
  • Wilton gold star edible glitter, or other star-shaped sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded to even thickness
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Balsamic Glaze
  • 1 cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Tried & Tested

I tested this recipe and I would of personally added more sugar and a little less balsamic.

Bakes Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients
  • 2 lb Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Salt
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper
  • ⅛ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ⅛ tsp Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a shallow dish, combine oil & spices.
  4. If leaving the skin on, scrub your sweet potatoes really well. If not, peel your potatoes.
  5. Cut sweet potatoes into ¼” fries.
  6. Toss fries in olive oil to coat.
  7. Spread fries out on a prepared baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, turning occasionally or until fries are browned.
